Designed for PILMOA, a lifestyle brand specializing in premium vacuum-insulated drinkware, this project challenges the conventional "bulk-heavy" approach to thermal flasks. While high-capacity bottles offer volume, their cumbersome nature often discourages daily use. The Capsule Series was conceived to bring thermal performance into the most intimate of spaces—the small pouch, the elegant handbag, or the palm of a child’s hand—ensuring that a moment of warmth is never a burden to carry.

At its most compact, the 150ml edition is engineered to hold exactly one cup of coffee or tea—a precise dose of warmth that slides seamlessly into a clutch or pocket. Recognizing that different journeys require different volumes, we also developed a 355ml variant. By maintaining the same slim exterior diameter and only extending the vertical axis, we ensured that even the larger model remains remarkably slender. This dimensional optimization allows for total lid compatibility across the series while providing an effortless grip for those with smaller hands, bridging the gap between urban adults and active children.

The visual identity of the series is defined by its balanced capsule silhouette, divided with geometric precision into two distinct halves: the cap and the body. This soft, friendly geometry hides a wealth of functional sophistication. The upper lid is not merely a cover; it features a double-walled stainless steel interior, allowing it to serve as a high-quality insulated cup for sipping on the go.

The internal stopper is a masterpiece of thermal engineering. To maximize heat retention, we implemented a precision-pour mechanism that allows liquid to flow with just a slight rotation. By eliminating the need to fully remove the cap, the vessel minimizes thermal escape while maximizing user convenience, offering a tactile and efficient pouring experience even in the harshest winter conditions.

The Capsule Series transcends its utility as a container; it is an emotional companion. Whether it is providing a quick sip of heat on a freezing commute or fits snugly into a child’s backpack, the design prioritizes the "meaning of warmth." The harmonious blend of the signature PILMOA durability with this new, approachable form factor creates a timeless aesthetic that feels both modern and deeply classic.
