We imagined a ceiling light that brings a touch of wonder to an everyday space—something playful yet quietly purposeful. Inspired by the delicate choreography of a marionette, the concept envisions a fixture suspended by slender lines from above, its silhouette shifting gracefully as the strings move. It’s a light that invites interaction, offering small moments of surprise as its form transforms.

At its core, the system consists of four modular light bars connected through thoughtfully designed joints. With a simple gesture, the fixture can stretch into a clean, linear beam or fold into a soft, pendant-like square—shaping light to match mood, intention, and the stories unfolding beneath it.

Each bar module is crafted through metal extrusion, chosen for both its honesty and efficiency. By simply adjusting the cut length, the design opens up a spectrum of sizes, making the system as adaptable in production as it is in use.
